One Direction Want To Become Animated

By on June 18, 2012

One Direction recently saw a cute cartoon called The Adventurous Adventures of One Direction, which shows them as superheroes. This inspired the boys so much that they want to lend their voices for more cartoons in the future. Liam Payne recently spilled the word that they may already have a couple voice gigs planned up! While he did not confirm or deny it either way, we do know that the boys have been in hot pursuit for a while and this could be a fun gig to try their hand out. Here is what Liam had to say about the possibility of them taking animation as their next big project.

We loved it and there might be some more cartoons with our voices in the future

It sounds like One Direction has some big dreams ahead of them! It would be great to see them spread their wings a little bit and try voice acting. But I do think that at the same time it will be hard for them to find the time to do that. They have certainly worked hard to get to where they are and to throw it all away for some unrelated job would not be smart. So I hope that they put their music first and entertain this other idea for a while longer. It is better to be safe than sorry on something that could cut into their main career.

Do you hope that they do lend their voices to a cartoon? It would be fun and cute, but their music is really where they need to stay focused. They know that is where their fan base is, so they will hopefully want to play it safe. However, one day when they can take a decent break then they should all go for it. That would allow them to finally to take things slow and not cut into their current crazy schedule for music. When do you think they should try their hands at it?

I really totally love One Direction & their music, but I really don’t think they need a cartoon. I mean, these boys are all legally adults, and I think their fanbase should be 12+ but I know that 7-year-old girls like them too..Anyways, I just think that would make them seem more juvenile and not really what they are. I think they should keep being amazing at everything they’re doing right now, and not make a cartoon. Please?
