Joe Jonas is heading back to the stage in his home state! He will be performing at the BIG Concert at Liberty State Park on June 23. It is being hosted by the Girl Scouts and open to the public for the ticket price and $12 fee. You can buy the tickets to the concert at Girlscouts100nj.com. The show will also feature Rachel Crow! No word on if Joe will unveil any new music that he is writing or recording for his band. However, he did share these fun tweets about the exciting concert..

Can’t wait to be back home in #NJ to perform @ the BIG Concert at Liberty State Park on 6/23.

It sounds like he is excited to get back on the stage. I am sure his fans share the same feeling since he hasn’t had many shows this year thanks to his band. They are putting the Jonas Brothers first and that is a good thing for them. But at the same time we do miss hearing about him and seeing him perform for his fans once again. He hasn’t been as active as he could have been and now it seems like they are scrambling to put their names back in the media ahead of their new album.

Do you plan on attending the show? I cannot attend it, but I am sure we will find it on Youtube for free the next day anyway. I suppose there is beauty in that, even if it does mean the Girl Scouts lose money. At the very least, Joe can become used to the stage again and get back into his groove. I mean, with his break he has to have some level of nerves in returning back onto stage. Despite of all the years he has been on stage, it has to be tough to get back into the loop of things once you slowed down for a good while.
