David Archuleta’s Forevermore Goes Gold

While David Archuleta is busy on his missionary mission it looks like his album Forevermore has gone gold.

Forevermore is the fourth studio album from the runner up of the seventh season of American Idol. The album is composed of covers of Filipino songs and was released on March 26, 2012.  He went to Twitter to mention he had heard of the news.  There is also going to be some other good news in the future as there is likely a fifth album in the future.  Before David went on his missionary mission he went into the studio to record some songs.  Begin was recorded before he went away on his mission and will be released on August 7th.

While no tour will happen, he has been keeping fans updated via his manager and pre-recorded videos for his fans. No track listing was given as of yet. It will feature his new single “I’ll Never Go”, which is a good choice when you consider his current trip.  He has certainly planned out his career well even as he is out of the limelight and has even said he will return to music once his mission is over.  What do you think of Forevermore going gold?

   I’m sooooo happy to hear this. I think the Forevermore album is the best I’ve ever heard from David and is the kind of music I always hoped he would record. I’m just thrilled. Can you Imagine how David felt when Kari told him about the gold status? Terrific, fantastic job, David. And my thanks to all those responsible in the Phillipines who figured out what David needed to do and took care of it for him.

     I was basically woneirdng if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your blog? It is well written; I really like what youve got to say. But maybe you can include a little more in the way of written content so people can connect to it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two graphics. Maybe you could space it out better?

   I love Forevermore. I happy David recorded those beautiful Philippines songs so all of his fans (including many who never heard them before) can enjoy them. If anyone wants to follow David on twitter – he’s David Archie

   I agree….Forevermore is David’s best album to date…. Even though David didn’t write any of the songs his VOICE IS SUPERB…….Just beautiful songs and a magical VOICE….Congrats on going Gold David!!!!!…… We miss you….Miss Vicki
