We got another fun video for David Archuleta fans! This video clip features the American Idol alumni right after he visited Bench Fix Billboard in Manila. Check out the video below.

This brief video features someone asking David about what he though of the Bench Fix Billboard of himself. David seemed like he a little embarrassed over the billboard and rightfully so. It’s not everyday a person sees a huge billboard of themselves, even if they are as big of a star as he is. Clearly, he’s still modest about his fame and he doesn’t appear to be fazed by it. He seems so down-to-earth.

It’s awesome that David Archuleta is giving his fans a taste of his experience in Manila. He enjoys sharing his experiences with his fans, it’s like letting them know that he’s really just one of them. He’s so talented and so cool but he’s also so much more than that- he’s just an ordinary guy who enjoys making music. His fans respond to that, they like to know that he’s really just one of them. Many stars are full of themselves, so when there’s a star that’s more relatable then all the better.

   He really made a lot of things for his fans before he went on his mission, he really is one of a kind. We love Forevermore and we’re waiting for his new album ‘BEGIN’ which will be release on Aug. god Bless, Elder Archuleta

   This video was shot Feb 19 2012 on David’s last day in Manila (after being filmed as leading man in Nandito Ako, recording the Forevermore album, doing Bench photoshoots and promotions, and more.) The HUGE billboards of David went up the day before David and his manager Kari left the Philippines and until now we didn’t know if David got to see one of the billboards. Be sure to also check out the photo of David and the billboard – his manager retweeted it to his DavidArchie twitter. I think Feb 19 was a Sunday so that’s probably why David is wearing church clothing. After leaving the Philippines David returned to the US and recorded another album called BEGIN. due out in August 2012. Then on March 28 2012 he started his 2-year church mission. While he’s away, his manager Kari posts fun things like this as well as bits from David’s mission emails on his DavidArchie twitter. David will return in 2014 – long wait but totally worth it.

   Thank you for the nice write-up about David. He really is just a regular guy, but blessed with an incredible voice. The person he is has made a big impact on his fans, too. I’ll be a fan for life. He’s not only talented, but he’s inherently good.
