StarHub’s Interview with Debby Ryan in Singapore
Disney’s newest “it girl” Debby Ryan gave an online interview on Facebook for StarHub on May 25th. She answered many questions and of course talked about her new hit series. They just recently released the replay of the interview in 4 videos. You can find the full interview down below. She was also promoting the Singapore release of Radio Rebel. She was all smiles and seemed to enjoy her chat session where she was able to talk to fans that rarely ever get interviews from Disney stars. Best of all, she was working hard to promote the much delayed premier of one of her best movies and to also promote her cute show Jessie.
I am a major fan of Debby’s and I am glad that her star is finally allowed to shine. She always seemed to be overlooked by people when she was on The Suite Life. It was a shame, but now that is over I am sure she is pleased that she is free. I am really rooting for her and I cannot wait to see where she will take her career next. She is one of the most talented stars that Disney has had in a while and is the only one who really seems to have waited for her time to shine. I am sure her family has to be so proud of what she has become. Let’s hope soon enough she will be able to release an album!
Did you enjoy Radio Rebel? Do you think that she is the new Disney it girl or not? My answer for both questions is yes. She clearly has so much talent that she can act almost any role. It is just a shame that it took the public this long to see that. Her roles in her show and the movie are very different, which I think that had to be so much fun for her. She is lucky that so far Disney has not typed cast her and I hope that they can keep that up for her. But I do wonder when she will slowly break away and do some bigger roles? She has proven herself when landed a small role on Private Practice (which is owned by Disney, which is ABC’s parent company). I think we all know that she can handle serious roles very well now and I would think that people would be lining up to offer her roles.Yet that isn’t happening yet…
