Rihanna Enjoyed Uniform Freedom on Set of Battleship

Rihanna is taking a step in the acting realm and is ditching her high fashion self and embracing her uniform toting character in the new action flick Battleship debuting this Friday.

You can check out the new trailer for the movie below.  But Rihanna decided to give fans a little sneak into the character she will be playing in Battleship.  Rihanna will be playing weapons officer Cora Raikes who is a fearless fighter, she is into weapons a lot and knows them very well.  Raikes is very much like one of the guys and is fearless in the battle.  Although, there is one thing that differs between Raikes and Rihanna, Raikes is not the fashionista like Rihanna is on a daily basis.  Raikes is always in a perfected uniform which is something Rihanna did not mind wearing as it she was glad to wear it as it meant she did not have to worry about what she needed to wear to set every day.

Trying to sink opponent’s ships is the goal of the classic Hasbro game, Battleship. But in the movie by the same name, the opponents are aliens lured to Earth by communications looking for intelligent life and the hits or misses will determine the fate of the planet.  What do you think of this?  Do you think Rihanna will look good in a uniform?
