Jillian Michaels Welcomes Two Kids In One Week

The Biggest Losers fitness guru Jillian Michaels adopted a 2 year-old named Lukensia from Haiti and also welcomed a son named Phoenix. The baby was born the same week as Luekensia came home after a long adoption process. Jillian will co-parent along with her partner, Heidi Rhoades. Jillian has been vocal in the past about not wanting to carry her own baby, which she did neither of with their two new kids. Her partner was one the who carried Phoenix for the couple. Here is what Jillian had to say to People about the life changing week.

We’re swimming in babies over here, I don’t even answer email. I don’t have time to care about anything else. I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. I don’t want to rush any of it.

She truly seems to be happy about becoming a mother. She has stated before that she wished to have kids, however she did get much media criticism for not wanting to carry the babies. It looks like she got her wish! I do love their son’s name and Lukensia is a pretty, unique name. I hope that they can have the happy family that they did wish for and have the best of luck with raising these sweet babies.

Are you happy that Jillian finally has her dream family? I think it is good for anyone who wants kids to have them. I approve of her adopting a child in need, she certainly can take good care of her with all of her money that she earns. She has a huge career and I am sure that they will be able to raise the kids the way that they want to. I hope that they keep the kids out of the spotlight so they can grow up normally. I do expect a magazine cover in their future to show off the new babies, though! That seems to be the passage of right with many celebrities.
