Director Jon M. Chu to Follow Justin Bieber During Believe Tour

By on May 27, 2012

Both Justin Bieber and his manager Scooter Braun have announced that director Jon M. Chu will be going on the Believe tour.

Jon Chu followed Justin Bieber during his My World tour and filmed the tour for the Never Say Never.  The new album is not set to debut until June 19th but already there is news that Bieber will be hitting the road for his Believe tour on September 29th.  The “Believe” outing will hit 45 cities before wrapping up in Miami on January 26, 2013, with protégé Carly Rae Jepsen on board as the opening act for the entire run.  The Boyfriend singer has mentioned that he has been hard at work in the studio and the dance studio and he has been hard at work trying to figure out what type of choreography he will be bringing to the stage.  The presale for the Fan Club will kick off on May 23, which gives diehards first crack at tickets and some exclusive merchandise. General public tickets will go on sale on June 2 in the U.S. (a day earlier for Canada).

VIP packages will also be available, including premium seats, as well as potential meet-and-greet and photo opportunities with Bieber, autographed memorabilia, exclusive VIP merchandise and other perks. Also, $1 from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise, a charity that works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world, with a goal of building 15 schools around the world for needy children.  What do you think of this?
