Demi Lovato Starts Filming X-Factor

Demi Lovato started her first day of being a The X-Factor judge on May 24th. She was in Austin, Texas with Simon Cowell, LA Reid and Britney Spears kicking off the new season. Demi expressed her excitement on Twitter about her first day on the job. She shared that she was happy to kick start in her home state of Texas, but also to be able to also share her knowledge and passion for music with others. Also, Fox has just released the first promo for the show’s fall premier. It promotes both Britney and Demi joining the panel of judges as the 2 newbies. You can view the preview at the bottom. As for what Demi had to say about her first day on the job, here it is.

Wow, I am so glad that Demi Lovato is happy about being on the show. I think she could bring a new and young perspective on the talent. She could be just what they need to prove themselves to be different and more unique than American Idol. It is a shame to see that so many people have not bothered to tune into it, but I do think both of the new judges will bring in those desired ratings. That is partly why they asked Demi and Britney to join the panel. I think this will also help bring more respect for Demi and Britney in the long run, they may finally be seen as serious singers for once.

How do you like Demi’s attitude on being a judge? I love that she seems to be so happy about this gig. It has to be nerve wrecking, but also a great rush of excitement. It cannot be easy for her, yet she is making a step to break out again and prove that she is a force to be reckoned with. I just hope that people will be nice to her and Britney. I can just see those who dislike them using the show as a way to insult them. I just think that we need to applaud them for stepping out of their comfort zones to do this gig. I personally cannot wait to see what their judging styles will be like.

   Demi is supposed to be the best judge so far after the first 2 sets of auditions,which will surprise a lot of people because some never gave her a chance.I can’t wait to see her on the show.
