Ariana Grande Releases Raw Put Your Hearts Up Video

By on May 9, 2012

Ariana Grande is working hard to earn respect for her music and she is slowly reaching that goal. In honor of her first music video, “Put Your Hearts Up” reaching over 6.5 million views on YouTube, she shares raw footage from the set. The non-edited version is to give thanks to her fans who have supported her first single. She released this statement with the new video, which will be located in the usual spot at the bottom.

So… My music video for Put Your Hearts Up has over 6.5 million views in less than 3 months which I think is pretty cool. Thank you! In honor of that.. I’m doing something I probably shouldn’t do lol. I found a really old version of the music vid with no color correction or post production at all & I’m about posting it! So I’m not exactly sure how much trouble this is going to get me in but I kinda couldn’t resist! Love you guys and I hope you enjoy, xoxoxo!

She has every right to be excited about reaching this milestone. It is a huge accomplishment and to reach it in less than 6 months is pretty amazing. I personally fail to see how she could get into trouble for releasing the raw footage of the video that has already been released, though. However, I suppose the music industry does like to keep things hush-hush. On the flip side, the music video looks a whole lot better without all of the editing they did with the colors.

Are you a fan of the song and music video? Are you looking forward to her future album? I think most people who are her fans will be looking forward to it. I wish that we could know more it though. I think she is ready for that big kind of music commitment now. She seems to know where she is going and with her fans supporting her, it could be time to take that huge dive.
