The Wanted have taken cue from Justin Bieber and have expressed their desire to work with him. They talked to OMG! and confirmed that they even have a song in mind. Jay McGuiness was the one who did all of the talking about their goal and hopeful collaboration. Here is what he had to say about their dream and ultimate goal in the music for now.

We talked about it, and we have a song that we think he’d sound great on

I wish that he would have shared what song, but they didn’t. I do wonder if Justin Bieber will get word on this and make it happen? His team seems to be really good at making collaborations happen. Not many other singers that I can think of have had as many as successful duets as he has within his first album or so. He should be so proud of all the things he has accomplished so far in his young career. How many stars can say they have done what he has within the first few years of their career? Not many, so he is blessed and The Wanted seems to be on the same path, which is good for them.

Do you hope that they can do a duet? I do, I think it would bode well with his new sound. It might even give him the needed edge that he wants. I could see it only helping out both acts. I am sure their fans would love to see them working together and have an amazing single. I think if they were to do a song together, they might just have one of the best selling duets ever. It would be a shame to waste the possible hit they could have together if they were to work together.
