Selena Gomez Is Hitting The Studio For New Music

Selena Gomez has been one busy girl this year movie from one movie set to another and now it has been reported that she is working on a new fourth album.

Rock Mafia confirmed the news on their Twitter that Selena would be heading into the studio next week to do some recording.  While it is not certain if she will be trying to lay down a whole album during this session in the studio or if she will be focusing on a few tracks before heading back to a movie set.  Although, Selena did mention that once her filming commitments were up she would try to focus on a fourth album.  There is no word on when Selena might release a new album but if she is going into the studio now to record it the we could expect something by the last quarter of 2012 or no later than the first quarter of 2013.

Although, whether she will be going in the same direction as her main squeeze Justin Bieber by working on a bunch of collaborations or whether she’ll continue to beat her own drum and expand as she has done with acting.  Only the news album will tell us where she is going.  Are you excited to hear a fourth album from Selena Gomez soon?
