By on April 15, 2012

One Direction sold out their 2012 summer tour quickly and they saw their demand in North America. So they have decided to set 2013 summer tour for North America and have released a partial list of dates. They also filmed a vlog with the exciting news that puts them in the forefront of the news again. It is good news for the band and their management, but it also proves that they are now slowing down anytime soon within the next year or so. Here are the confirmed dates below and the video of the news will be at the very bottom of this post.

This is exciting news for them. I am sure that they are eager to share their performances with fans. No doubt they are looking forward to the crazy year ahead of them. I just hope that they won’t end up burning out. I think that is a huge risk when you don’t take time to take care of yourself. With all of these concerts, interviews and travel, it seems like a nightmare for their poor health. Let us hope they do reward themselves with a little r&r.

How do you feel about this news? Are they biting more off than they can chew? Well, I am sure the tickets will sell out as soon as they go on sale. But they might be pushing their luck a bit. There is no promise that the 2013 tour will sell as well as this years. It seems like they are assuming something that is just too early to predict for them. I hope that they do find success with it, but I don’t want to predict something that might not happen.
