Disney’s Wreck It Ralph Movie Poster

By on April 18, 2012

Disney has released their poster for their upcoming holiday movie (as in it coming out around the upcoming holiday season) Wreck It Ralph. It will come out November 2 this year, and it will feature Jane Lynch as one of the voices is the movie. John C Riley, Jack McBrayer, Sarah Silverman and Jamie Elman are also attached to the project. Here is the official synopsis of the movie IMDb for those who are not familiar with what it will be about.

The bad-guy character in a classic game who longs to be a hero brings trouble to his entire arcade after sneaking into a new first-person shooter game and unleashing a deadly enemy.

The movie will be a fun family film by the sound of it. It will also provide many people an outlet a way to see what life would be like if you were stuck in a video game. It might just give some people a few dreams or nightmares, depending on what take they make of the movie. Either way, I do think it will find its fan base as we get closer to the actual premiere this fall and upcoming holiday season. I am sure they are banking on this one to bring in the big bucks for them during that season.

Are you excited for the movie? I am and I am not even a fan of those kinds of movies anyways. But it does sound as if it something that will be cute. However, I am sure that some might find it more silly than others might. I do give props to Disney for coming up with a truly original concept. Not many of their recent movies have been all that original, so I am pleased to finally see one of them will be. I have high hopes that this could be a start of something good again for Disney.
