Vanessa Minnillo Is Pregnant With Her First Child

Actress/former model Vanessa Minnillo and her hubby of nine months Nick Lachey are expecting their first child! The starlet is reported to be twelve weeks along. The news was confirmed by Nick during his guest appearance on Live! With Kelly, and here is what he said about finding out the wonderful news:

She was in New York and I was in the Bahamas. She went to the store and got a pregnancy test and it came back positive. We’re having a baby! This is the one thing that more than any other I’ve looked forward to, and it’s overwhelming.

This is awesome news for the couple! And this is just the beginning for them as they got only seven months or so to plan for their bundle of joy. They have to start making extra room in home, stock up on baby essentials, and most importantly, find a name that they can agree on. According to Nick, they have agreed on one name:

If it’s a girl, I think it might be Sophia. If it’s a boy, I’m not sure.
