Leighton Meester In Gossip Girl Con-Heir Previews

By on March 31, 2012

Gossip Girl will have a new episode coming out on April 2, which will be called “Con-Heir”. We have a clip that shows Chuck moving on, while Blair and Dan takes their relationship to the next stage. It could be an emotional episode for those who love to see Blair and Chuck together, yet the fans of the so-called Dair will should be thrilled with the upcoming episode. You will find both videos down below this post if you are wanting to see what you can expect for the upcoming episode.

I have to say that the writers are playing up the whole Dan and Blair thing. While we may not all agree with the story line, I do think it has its place in the show. Dan has always wanted to be with someone of her stature despite his relationships with Serena never made it very far. But that clearly has not stopped Dan from wanting what he wants and he might have found it with Blair. I suppose only time will really tell us if they have what it takes to make it last.

Are you a fan of Dair or not? I think that it is a fun idea, but not something that I hope will last. Even Ed Westwick says that Blair and Chuck belong together. It is pretty clear that they have a strong connection and both of them understand each other much better than the other. It just seems like that they were written for a purpose of a relationship with each other. Dan just seems like the poor guy to wind up being used again by Blair, even if she isn’t trying to do that to him. What do you think? Is Blair using Dan or not? I want to give her the benefit of the doubt.
