Disneyland Showcase Cars Land New Neon Signs

If you loved the Disney Pixar film Cars, you’ll be more than pleased to know that their about to launch Cars Land theme park. Can’t wait to check it out? We got a video clip of a behind-the-scenes look at what it took to create part of the set, mainly the neon lights.

It’s really amazing how they set designers taking to much care into the details when trying to recreate the movie set. They mentioned that much of their inspiration actually came from the legendary Route 66 and they did a lot of photographic research. Furthermore, they explained that it was hard to find some of vintage the lights and signs to help create the old-timey feel. Judging from the video below, it’s pretty amazing to see what they came up with.

What to you think of Disneyland’s upcoming park Cars Land? Are you a fan of the Cars movie franchise and going to check it out the theme park when it opens? We don’t know when the amusement place will open but I predict that it will probably open sometime in 2013 or early 2014. I can’t wait to find out more about this park and what rides they will offer.
