Nickelodeon Confirms Life with Boys Show
Nickelodeon has announced a new TV series called Life With Boys, that stars Madison Pettis and Tori Webster. The show will about Tess (Tori) who is living with her father and brothers, which brings a slew of issues for her since she is the only girl. Luckily, she has her best friend, Allie. The show will air across the globe and will premiere later on Nickelodeon Michael Poryes who was behind Hannah Montana and That’s So Raven. Here is the official statement about the upcoming series.
4-year old Tess as she navigates her way through the turmoil of teen life while living at home with her single, overprotective dad and three brothers. Although Tess adores the four important men in her life, they do have four totally different perspectives. Despite the shortcomings of being the only girl in a male household, the boys can sometimes offer solid advice. Whether it’s building up the courage to talk to a boy, dealing with an obnoxious one, or coping with the repercussions of being the only girl on the boys’ wrestling team, Life With Boys sheds a comedic light on many of life’s difficult moments.
It sounds like a fun series. The concept sort of reminds me of the old 90s classic, Blossom. That was a cute show and I like the similar idea. However, I doubt they will have the same tacky fashions. I do wish that they did release more info as to when it will premier, but I am going to assume that it will premiere later on this year or at least that is the typical idea that they give when tell us about a new show.
Do you like the concept of this show or not? I like the idea, but I am curious as to see how it turns out. I think that it will depend on the whole cast, producers, and writers on the show. I do have high hopes that it will do well, but you never know. It does look like they have a good chance base off the records of their past projects. I am sure that Nickelodeon will be working hard to support it, which will be key here.
