Twist caught up with Cody Simpson at his New York concert. He kicked off his 2012 tour and gave his fans an amazing night to remember. But Twist was also able to catch up with him backstage as well. I am pleased to see that he has a lot of support still. I know last year was a good year for him and I hope this year follows that path for him. He has worked so hard to get to this point and to see his fans loving him back is such a good thing. It has to be so exciting to have your own tour with your own opening acts, etc. He must feel so proud, just like his fans. Because if it wasn’t for them, I doubt he would be on tour right now.

Do you think that Cody deserves this tour? I think that it is a nice touch to see someone as young as he is in such demand. Most teens never carry their own tours, except for a few like Justin Bieber and former other pop acts. It really shines a ray of light on his star power and how much his fans believe in him. I have no doubt that this year will be ring equally as good, if not better for Cody.
