on stranger tides movie review

Bob Anderson, famous for his sword master training in epic films such as Star Wars and Lord of the Rings, has died. He was 89 years old when he died on New Year’s Day.

Bob Anderson was originally a professional Olympic-trained fencer before he was hired by film production to help create powerful action scenes. He also helped with other movies like “The Mask of Zorro,” “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl,” and “Lord of the Ring” trilogy, “The Princess Bride,” and “Die Another Day.” He also took part in some of the stunt scenes featured in movies “Stars Wars Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back” and “Star Wars Episode VI. Return of the Jedi.”

I think Bob Anderson will be remembered for his being a legendary sword mastery and all the sword fights he choreographed for films. He had to be very talented, agile, and gifted to create such special effects for dueling. There aren’t very many people who can help choreograph action scenes in films and I think that Hollywood will have a hard time replacing him. He may have not got much credit when he was alive. I am sure that all the actors that worked with him will remember him.
