Nickelodeon Orders A Lot More Fred & Lucas Cruikshank
Nickelodeon has made big news about two upcoming shows based around Lucas Cruikshank. They released two Fred movies within a little more than a year, and now they will release a new TV show based on the same character. Nickelodeon has ordered 21 episodes of Fred: The TV Show which will air early on this year. Each episode will consist of 11 minutes. This does not come as news since we knew he was pulling away from YouTube. However, that is not the only news that they have about Lucas. He will also star in another show called Marvin, Marvin which will be about a teen in space. However, no estimated time date for the premiere.
If any of you read my reviews for the two movies, you know that I am a fan of Lucas. I enjoyed both movies and I am so happy to see that he isn’t leaving his old character. I was pretty concerned when I heard that his YouTube show was slowing down. This would explain why YouTube has been pulled away from his main focus. I know that some people won’t be happy, but I am beyond delighted about this news!
How do you feel? Are you a fan of Lucas? I think that he is one of the few actors that is truly kid friendly. I feel like his show is the kind that you can put your little and big kids in front of it and not worry. It works out to be the perfect solution, even if some people find him to be too cheesy. However, I think that he must have a good sized fan base in order to have a TV show ordered.

I thought Fred was stupid and annoying on youtube and that was only a couple mins of video but now he’s getting his own 30 min show. I can only imagine how utterly ANNOYING, IDIOTIC, IMMATURE, STUPID, LAME, WHINY, TALENT LESS, and BORING this show is going to be.

Please. You’re just jealous you don’t have a TV show.
