Ariana Grande Asks Fans To Share Their Swag

Ariana Grande may only be starting her music career, but she already knows how to connect with her fans. She recently asked them to upload videos of them dancing her new dance moves from her “Honeymoon Avenue” video to enter a contest to win a phone call from her. She named it along with her choreographer Isaac Calpito, #showmeyourswag. Of course, her fans obeyed her and did just as she requested. Here is a tweet she made about watching some of the amazing videos, which you will find a few down below.

Ariana is working the social media circuit well. I am pleased to see that she is doing well and I have no doubt it won’t be long till we hear more from her. As for her fans responding, it is pretty great to see how many of them tried really hard to impress her and they all looked like they had fun. Then again, they likely did have a lot of fun to make their own music videos in a way.

How do you feel about her contest? Was it cute or pointless? It was a fun concept and I am sure whoever wins will be delighted about winning. However, I do hope that she will keep using social media to connect with fans on a daily bases and not so much as a promotion tool. Celebrities can use it to make their fans feel in touch with them and in my opinion that is the best way to use it.
