Zendaya Releases Swag It Out Music Video

Zendaya Coleman is making a name for herself with her series Shake It Up and her upcoming music career. Now we have a music video for her new song called “Swag it Out”. It shows Zendaya swaging it out in school, which I think most kids wish they could do. The concept was a purely Zendaya, or at least according to the info at the bottom left corner of the video. You will find it at the bottom of this post.

I will say that I love that she thinks outside of the box. It is a nice touch to see that a Disney star is not falling trap to their clichés. I am surprised that she is not signed on with Hollywood Records yet. I would think that she and her co-star Bella Thorne would be shoe-ins, but that hasn’t appeared to be the case yet. Maybe Disney will finally sign them on. But until then we can at least know that they will still release music and live their dreams. Which I think it means a lot for both them and their fans.

How do you feel about this music video? It was unique and something I see taking a life of its own. I can see it could also cause issues for some schools who might have the brave teen copying it, so it might not please some parents, but I think most of her fans know better. I am personally hoping to see more new music being released from her soon enough.
