Justin BIeber Returning to Canada for Holiday Special

Bell Media has just confirmed today that teen heartthrob Justin Bieber will be returning to Canada for the holiday season to tape a 30 minute exclusive holiday special for Much Music and CTV.

The show will be called ‘Much Music Presents Justin Bieber:  Home For The Holidays’ and will premiere the event on Thursday December 22 on both Much Music 6pm ET/PT and CTV 7:30pm ET.  Encore broadcasts will listed later.  In this all-new special Justin will be performing hits from his Christmas album like ‘Mistletoe’ and ‘Baby’ as well as his favourite covers and Christmas classics.  The special’s acoustic set will be taped at a secret concert in Toronto later this month.  Details regarding the show including location and ticket information is expected to be announced in a couple of weeks, so keep tuned into Much Music for any updates.  All proceeds of the concert will go to Justin’s BELIEVE charity drive.

Justin says that the holidays are very special time for him and he is looking forward to returning to home and ringing in the holidays with his friends and family.  Bieber comments, ” “And this year will be extra special, as I’ll be sharing the spirit of the season with the whole of Canada with my TV special Home For The Holidays on MuchMusic and CTV.”  Will be tuning in?
