The Hess Corporation proclaimed on Friday, December 2, 2011 its release of a second edition Hess Toy Truck game app, the Hess Racer Game, on Android. Founded on the 2011 Hess Toy Truck and Race Car, the game furthers the company’s 47 year-old Hess Toy Truck holiday pattern online. It is adding to its 2010′s successful release of the Hess Jet Game. It was in the top ten racing class on iPad and iTunes. The Hess Racer Game came out free on iPad/iPhone and Facebook on November 18th. It had 1.7 million visits through November 29th and a rating of 4 stars out of 5 stars.

Players can pick one of two vehicles in the Hess Racer Game. One is the Hess Race Truck, which has strength and good handling. The other choice is the Hess Race Car which has speed and dexterity. There are three racecourses: city, mountain, and interstate. Players can earn change to receive more features for their vehicles. Players can trade cards that are invitations to play the games.
