First Music Video from Cymphonique Miller’s How To Rock – Only You Can Be You

Nickelodeon is working hard to promote their new series called How To Rock and they have released their first music video for it. The show, which stars Romeo’s sister (Cymphonique Miller), is about Kacey, a popular girl who manages to climb down the social ladder quickly. However, it not at her own fault and she learns that there is so much more to life than being popular. The music video is for Cymphonique Miller’s song called “Only You Can Be You”. I am pleased to see that they released a positive music video. We need more kids to hear these kinds of messages. Nobody should feel like that they cannot be themselves and be accepted. I am hoping that this show will keep that theme up and help show kids that you can be whomever you want. That includes being a geek or artsy person.

How do you feel about the music video? I approve of it and I love the message. It is a great to see a show that is kicking off with a great theme for kids. I just hope that the actual storylines will be just as good as the actual music video. That will be a big factor for me when it comes to judging the actual series. The premiere takes place on 4 February.
