Demi Lovato Writes First Country Song-Will Demi Go Country With Next Album?

Demi Lovato is still a Texan in her heart and she just proved it! She recently tweeted that she just wrote her first ever country song. We all know that she had a wide range of musical taste from death metal to country, but we have proof now that she wishes to do country music. She tweeted the good news with cheer, once again showing a new layer and hinting as a possible future of a country album in a very vague way. Here is her tweet.

Demi has already given us rock, pop, and now R&B, so the real question is if we can expect a country album in the near future? It seems like Demi is growing up and trying out new sounds that may or may not work with some of her fans. Yet it makes for a very exciting musical future for her. I would love for her to confirm or at least state what she plans to do when she does re-enter the studio again later on.

Do you hope for a country album from Demi? I think her voice would make it very interesting; however, I am not sure how it would turn out. We know she has talent and can do a wide range of music, but most country singers do not have the edge that she has vocally. Despite all that, I do think Demi could thrive and make it work for her. I am just not sure how country music fans would react.
