Blake Lively, Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev & CW Top People’s Choice Nominations

CW’s Nina Dobrev, Blake Lively, and Ian Somerhalder were all nominated for a People’s Choice awards. Blake and Nina are both up for best actress, while Ian is nominated for best actor. All three nominations seem to make sense since both shows are highly adored by fans. The CW also has Supernatural nominated for best drama, along with Vampire Diaries, so that brings the network more good news, even though it is not as widely acclaimed as lets say NBC as a network. I am happy to see that the CW is getting plenty of love. I sometimes feel as if as a network they are over looked over for the most part. Yeah, I will be the first one to admit that it is far away from being anything like UPN or WB, but they are a great option for those who want light drama, so I am pleased to see that they are getting plenty of love. But I do think that Blake’s co-stars should also be given some love as well.

Who do you think should win or be nominated? I think that Blake should win, but that is because I am a much bigger fan of Gossip Girl. I think that show has really proven that she has some major talent beyond playing smaller roles. She is worthy of starring big roles, and she also has done an amazing job with her role. But that whole cast makes a great team. I also think that her show should be nominated as one of the best dramas, but that is just my own opinion.
