Taylor Swift Shares A Cute Video Of Her New Kitten With Fans

Country songbird Taylor Swift loves animals and connecting with her fans, so it should come as no surprise that she would share a really cute video of her new kitten Meredith with fans. It wasn’t all that long ago when Taylor first shared the news of her fuzzy little companion via Twitter and shortly after talked about her to US Weekly magazine:

Her name is Meredith — Meredith Grey because she’s a gray cat, and because I love ‘Grey’s Anatomy! She’s awesome. She’s like one of those cats that give cats a good name. She doesn’t hide under furniture and get weird around people. She’s really friendly and fun and she’s perfect for the road because she doesn’t ever get freaked out. So I’m really glad that she has a cool personality.

This new video is really cute and sweet. Taylor Swift has her pet on her lap and she’s telling the camera that every time she stops petting her cat Meredith, she meows. Taylor then demonstrates this by stroking her kitten, then stopping at intervals, and as if on command Meredith lets out a small meow. I really love this video!
