They go back to the fun things that made the show interesting in the first place. Sam and Dean hunt a mysterious creature that is attacking people in a New Jersey state park. Local townsfolk believe the creature is the legendary Jersey Devil. While in town, Dean discovers that a restaurant’s special sandwich is making people crazy.

A sandwich that makes people crazy? That sounds like brilliant idea and something that really is unique. However, I am really curious about the monster. I think that is the real big story line of the episode and everybody knows that the world loves a story about strange things. I think that the Jersey Devil is a great place for them to pick up the show.

How do you feel about them doing an episode about the Jersey Devil? I am loving the idea. While I am not sure how widely know the tale is, I do think a lot of paranormal fans will enjoy it. Plus it might teach those who do not know it, all about the short story. Either way, the previews make it clear that this will be a hair raising kind of episode.
