Hilary Duffs Set to Return To Music

It looks like Hilary Duff is heading back to her early days as she turned her focus back to her music.  But she has indicated she wants to do another album and is eager to get it started.

In an interview with Disney Info Net, Hilary mentioned that she hopes to have her next album released by 2012 0r 2013.  While she doesn’t have anything recorded yet the former Disney star is looking at getting something hammered out within a year and a half.  She does mention that she will be planning to make her next album more dance driven, very much like her last album which had a lot of dance songs on it and she is looking to step a bit away from the pop foray for what she is known.   When asked about how a lot of female artists are dominating the scene she points out that it is a good time to be a female artist as there is a plethora of talent dominating like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Beyonce and Lady Gaga just to name a few.  Hilary states that there are a lot of good opportunities out there for artists and a lot of room for everyone.

When asked about how she think her pregnancy will affect her music career she does admit it will change her as a person and may change the way she wants to go with the direction of her music, but she does promise that she won’t be singing about her baby.  What do you think about this?  Would you like to hear a new Hilary Duff album?
