Debby Ryan’s Disney Channel Jessie is A Ratings Hit

If there was any doubt about the new Disney series Jessie, fans of Debby Ryan can breathe a sigh of relief and cheer.  Jessie topped the Friday night’s cable charts.

The show brought in approximately 4.47 million viewers beating out other shows like Gold Rush and even WWE Smackdown.  Jessie follows an 18 year old girl who decides to rebel against a strict military father by leaving a military base in Texas to New York City.  She accepts a job as a nanny and moves into a multi-million dollar penthouse apartment on the Upper East Side with the wealthy Ross family.  The family includes jet-setting parents, Morgan and Christina, and their four rambunctious children; Emma, Luke, Ravi and Zuri, along with the family’s pet, a seven-foot monitor lizard.  With a whole new world of experiences open to her, Jessie embarks on new adventures in the big city as she grows to rely on the love and support of the children in her care. Assisting her are Bertram, the family’s sarcastic butler, and Tony, the building’s 20-year-old doorman.

Jessie has made other achievements including being tops on Friday nights standings.  Wizards Of Waverly Place with 3.778 million viewers, ANT Farm with 3.486 million viewers and rounding out the list  is Fish Hooks with 3.323 million viewers as the top Friday night hits.  What do you think of Jessie?

   Well I am not a young person anymore but I watch Jessie with my grandkids whenever it’s on and believe it or not I like the show. And also laugh at the trouble they all get into. It’s a good clean show and funny.

     Im in my late 30s and still love the Disney Channel shows, but just didn’t really like Jessie that much myself. After WOWP and SWAC and Hannah Montana I just havent seen a show that I have really liked. I like Debby Ryan just not the writing so far on the show.

   Yhis show Jessie has all ages watching it i think it was a smart move for disney they have their best actress and her cast trying something new and it is great thanks Debby for staying with Disney we love you.

   This show is just like any other Disney show, it’s for little kids. In my opinion, if it wasn’t for Debby Ryan being the star of this show, it would fail miserably.

   In fact, I think Debby Ryan can do better than this. I saw her on an episode of Private Practice and not only is she an incredible actress, but she’s also hot.
