Tiffany Thornton Talks Wedding, Justin Bieber, Pranks & Music

Tiffany Thornton has become the new star of Sonny with a Chance‘s spin-off So Random , but she also is a singer, soon to be wife, and now a prankster. She guest-starred on the most recent episode of PrankStars, where she pranked one of her biggest fans. Cambio interviewed her all about her projects and recent guest spot. You can read the full interview on their website, but here are a few highlights from it for you to get an idea about what they are saying.

Any hints on what’s coming up on “So Random!”? I know there are some holiday themed episodes.
Tiffany: Well, I would “Never Say Never” to a certain someone being on our Holiday episode.

That’s right! Justin Bieber is the musical guest for the Christmas episode right?
Tiffany: He’s there and holiday episodes are always really fun because you get to have Christmas at a time of the year when it’s not Christmas. It was great. I don’t even remember what sketches we did, honestly, because we did 170 sketches during our whole season and we just wrapped a few weeks ago. They’re funny, though.

You’re calling from Nashville, so are you working on some new music right now?
Tiffany: I am in Nashville this week writing and recording and hopefully I’ll be able to put an album out in the next year or so. That would be amazing. Hopefully my fans would come to concerts. I’m working on that right now and I still have my jewelry line with Beso Beso and that’s going really well. And I’m working on a cookbook as well…just got a few things in the fire trying to get going.

Moving on to the wedding. Are you excited for it?
Tiffany: November 12 it happens. It’s a month away and I’m really excited. It’s going to hopefully be beautiful. Demi [Lovato] is a bridesmaid of mine and it’s really exciting. I have a bunch of friends that are coming – Francia Raisa from “The Secret Life of the American Teenager”…I’m just excited all my friends are texting me like “girl your wedding is a month away! We’re so excited; we got our tickets, hotel room…” It’s crazy.

Has it hit you yet that it’s so soon?
Tiffany: It hit me yesterday. I started to freak out a little bit. It was like “Oh my gosh, I’m actually getting married in a month.” It’s been such a fairytale up until this point and now it’s like wait, I’m actually getting married.

I am glad to see that she is getting some serious attention. I really think she did do a good job on PrankStars. I personally really enjoy the work that she does and maybe she can finally start getting some solo projects for herself as well. I am sure she wants more for herself than just what Disney can offer her.

Do you think she deserves the same level of respect that many of her fellow and younger Disney stars have had? I do and it is not so much based on age. I think that she has proven herself in her work and I cannot wait to see what else she works on soon enough.
