The Official Trailer For Muppets

Disney released its official trailer for the new Muppet film. When on vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the biggest Muppet fan and his friends Gary and Mary from Smalltown, USA learn of a wicked plan. An oilman, Tex Richman, wants to raze the Muppet Theater and drill for oil underneath the theater.

Walter, Mary, and Gary need to raise $10 million to save the theater. Walter, Mary, Gary and Kermit help to reunite all the other Muppets so they can put on The Greatest Muppet Telethon Ever. The other Muppets have gone their separate ways. Fozzie performs with a casino tribute band, Miss Piggy is a fashion editor, Animal is in a Santa Barbara clinic for anger management, and Gonzo is a plumbing magnate. There are cameo guest stars and there are five new musical numbers and three classic Muppet songs. Walt Disney is releasing this film, “The Muppets” on November 23, 2011.

I think the Muppets are cute and very entertaining. I think it is sad that the Muppets are being used to propagandize this envy of the rich and successful. I think if people work hard and honestly, then there is nothing wrong with their getting ahead. It used to be the American dream. Do people nowadays think they should have everything they want without hard work?
