LEGOs The Life of George Goes High Tech

LEGO has been hard at work trying to stay current in the world of games. So it was only a matter of time before they found a way to include iPhones with their toys. They have just introduced the new game called The Life of George. You build models with the legos provided, then take a photo of your design and send it in for scoring. It will work with all of Apple’s iOS products. You will find a game trailer down below.

This game sounds like it would be a lot of fun, but I am not sure why they feel the need to use the iPhone with it. The toy should be more freestanding or at least support a lot of devices. Unless they have a deal with Apple, I do think that they should have a wider selection than just iOS devices. Still, I do see this game becoming popular among the fans of LEGOs.

Are you excited about this new toy? I love the concept, but I do think they are forgetting other devices. Yes, Apple is popular but Android has grown and so has other smart phone devices. I do hope LEGO realizes this soon enough. However, I do want to note that this game is hard to find as of now. I am sure LEGO will fix the issue, but as of now it is considered rare by some.
