The Hub Gears Up For Majors & Minors + Other Shows

The Hub may be a new network, but they already have found success already. Which they hope to copy once again with their new show Majors and Minors that will copy The Voice. This is exciting news for the network, since they want to expand and are in need of a family show. Hopefully it will work out. They could use some mature series and also show off some great vocals. Heck, they even have Adam Lambert as one of the mentors! That says a lot since he used to be an American Idol singer.

What do you think about the Hub? I am happy that they found success. I hope that they can keep that up, but you never know. They do air a lot of older series, which is a good thing but they need to release an original one in order to survive. I do wonder why it took them almost a year for the network premiere. WHAT:

- This Friday, watch the premiere of “Majors & Minors” The Hub’s new reality series where 12 talented kids ages 10 – 16 are mentored by some of the biggest names in the recording business including Brandy, Avril Lavigne, Adam Lambert, Will.i.am, Leona Lewis and Jordin Sparks! Each mentor will provide guidance to the gifted young cast as they begin their roads towards individual stardom. While no one is voted off, one lucky “star-in-the-making” will claim the ultimate prize of a recording deal with Boardwalk Records/RCA Records and an opportunity to be featured in a cross-country concert tour.

- Tune-in for part two of “My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic” The Return of Harmony on Saturday morning. Discord’s mischief causes a rift between the six friends and renders the Elements of Harmony useless. Twilight needs to rekindle their friendship in order to use the Elements against Discord.

- In this week’s installment of “Transformers Prime,” an ancient Transformers prophecy is edging close to coming true. Megatron rushes to take matters into his own hands, answering the call of the mysterious Unicron. Thus Optimus Prime finally decides to put an end to Megatron’s evil.

- Insulted by hack actors and bad food at the local dinner theater, Dan dons a disguise in an effort to infiltrate his nemesis from within in “Dan Vs.” Ye Olde Shakespeare Dinner Theatre. Catch a second dose of Dan in Dan Vs. The Fancy Restaurant. When an upscale eatery forces Dan’s favorite sandwich shop to close, so Dan organizes a kitchen revolt to take down the fancy restaurant from within.
