Billboard has just released their list of their hottest 21 stars under 21 years. They call the official list 21 Under 21: Music’s Hottest Minors. They have an extensive amount of stars, including the usuals as well as a few that you would not expect to see. Here is the official list of the stars they have included:

19. One Direction

16. Mindless Behavior

14. Willow Smith

11. Lex Luger

I am not surprised by the regular stars like Justin Bieber and Demi Lovato. Some of those like Rye Rye and HyunA are surprises. I wonder how they picked these stars out? That would be an interesting piece to say at the very least. Maybe they can release their system of picking these stars.

How do you feel about how they arranged the stars on the list? I am not surprised that Justin is in the top 5, but I am shocked that Miley Cyrus is at the bottom. That really is surprised me, but I suppose they have their reason for why she is lowest. I personally think she should be in the top 5, but I did not write this list.
