French, Lies & Repairing Marriages – Ringer Review

Ringer’s latest episode, called “If You Ever Want A French Lesson….” was once again all about uncovering more secrets. Bridget is getting closer to finding out about the guy who tried to kill Siobhan. With this new info, she tries to find out who he is and why he wants her sister dead. Even though she thinks her sister is already dead, she sticks with her sister’s identity. However, Siobhan is really in Paris and has a new love life again. She is hiding her pregnancy. Gemma and Henry are having another issue in their marriage, all thanks to the fact he tried to cheat Gemma out. All the while, Bridget learns some dark stuff about Andrew that makes her consider divorcing him, since that appears to be what Siobhan wanted. However, things change for them once he finds that out.
We can’t forget that Agent Machado is still seeking out Bridget while she is playing Siobhan. Bridget also learns that she is being stalked by a friend of the guy she killed, and they still believe they are stalking Siobhan. This creeps her out, and, of course, she feels the need to protect herself. She makes her own threats back against the stalker that she has yet to meet. As if that is not enough for Bridget, she still has to figure out what she will do about her sister’s pregnancy and cheating. Sadly, Malcolm is facing his own drama with those who are hunting Bridget down.
I really think that this show was amazing from the start, just from the level of drama and complexity of the whole series. This episode showed us that Bridget is doing the best she can to save Siobhan’s reputation. She might have been a bad sister before, but she is making up for it in a big way. I do wish that we knew more about Siobhan and what she is up to in Paris. Maybe we will find out once the season finale comes on, but until then we do get to see the story of both sisters unravel.
What do you think about this episode? I really enjoyed the scene when Bridget tried to make up with Andrew. I think that shows us what kind of class act she is really becoming. I do wonder how she will pull off this pregnancy, though. I doubt she will be able to get pregnant in time, plus I doubt she would want to do that. How do you think she’ll manage it?

I really am enjoying this show.I don’t feel it’s predictable, I find just the opposite. It is one of my favorite new shows of the season. And the questions of the pregnancy and what is really going on with siobhan are all reasons to watch the show……where will it go from here?? The fact that everyone asks these questions says to me it isn’t predictable. So I hope it makes it cause I’m a fan. Love SMG!!!!!!!
