Miley Cyrus looking Mature and Edgy on Cover

While Miley Cyrus is trying to shed her child star image from her time as a Disney starlet in the Hannah Montana series.

On the cover of the sixth anniversary cover of Prestige, the young actress is revealing a more edgier, mature look on the September issue shot by Darren Tieste.  The soon to be 18 year old has been trying to shake her ‘rebel kid’  image she has mustered up the courage by stating she is not a bad girl.  The singer and actress talks about her image and the recent struggles she has had with the paparazzi.  Miley Cyrus loves her fans. Yet, it isn’t just love, it is a humbling appreciation since people follow her career and music religiously. Once again she showed her appreciation on Monday to remind everyone she doesn’t take their support for granted.  Besides Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber and even Demi Lovato, few stars go out of their way to let the fans know how important their interaction online means. It is what attracts the audience to the superstar and Miley Cyrus knows it.

The Nashville pop star scored #8 position on Rolling Stones Queen of Pop based on album sales, digital tracks, YouTube, viewsradio airplay, Billboard Hot 100 appearances, social networking, tour grossing, award wins, and album reviews–all of which have seen the former Disney star do extremely well.  What do you think of Miley’s cover?
