ABC Family’s Geek Charming Preview

Disney has found major success with their original movies and they have a new one coming out. Their latest is called Geek Charming, and it does not have a release date yet. However, that did not stop them from releasing the trailer. The movie stars Matt Prokrop from High School Musical 3 and Sarah Hyland from Modern Family. You can find the trailer down below.

The movie is about Dylan who is a popular girl who has all the friends in the world, including the perfect boyfriend. When she loses her purse, the nerdy boy Josh finds it and brings it back to her. He then asks her if he could film for his project about popular kids. She agrees for him to film her. She quickly learns that nerds can be cool and that her own popular life could come crashing down as quickly as she became friends with him. Can he save her or not?

The movie sounds good, but not as good as Cyberbully. However, it does sound like it will be an uplifting one. I do think it will do well, since everybody loves a story like this one. I should note that it is based on a book of the same name by Robin Palmer. What do you think about this upcoming movie?
