Tina Fey Welcomes A Baby Girl Penelope Athena

Comedian Tina Fey,41, gave birth to a baby girl, Penelope Athena on Wednesday.

Fey is married to Jeff Richmond, a composer for “30 Rock.” They have an older daughter, Alice Zenobia.

Tina Fey wrote the screenplay for “Mean Girls” and starred in it. She also was in “Baby Mama” and “Date Night.” She has been on ” Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock.” I think Tina Fey is very talented and versatile in her abilities. I did see “Mean Girls” and “Baby Mama”. These two films were enjoyable. I thought “Mean Girls” was true to life except for the bad girls. I don’t think girls like that change very easily. “Baby Mama” was cute but the story was convoluted. I know Fey did a satirical portrayal of Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live” in 2008. Sarah Palin was a good sport to guest on “Saturday Night Live.” Tina Fey most likely will go on to do much more writing and comedic roles. Tina Fey is involved in many charities including Autism Speaks, Mercy Corps, and Light the Night Walk that benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This year she will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
