Marvel Studios Plans To Release Two Secret Movies In 2014

By on August 12, 2011

Marvel Studios has released the dates of May 16, 2014 and June 27, 2014 for two of Marvel’s movies. The films names haven’t been given. The movies will be in conjunction with Disney.

In addition, Disney has an unspecified Pixar movie to be released on May 30, 2014.

I can’t understand why movie studios announce opening dates for as of yet unnamed movies. The dates won’t mean a thing by themselves. Who is going to say, “Oh, I remember the date of May 16, 2014. It is for a movie by Marvel Studios. Funny, I can’t remember the name of the movie.” One needs a particular item to attach to a date in order to remember the event. Or do the studios and producers believe the old maxim of any news is better than no news? Is this keeping the potential audiences guessing a new form of advertising? Has Hollywood lost its creativity and freshness? Or can it be that the movies of today leave the audiences with a feeling of weakness and dissatisfaction? Are the studios and producers the ones who are weak and discontent about the films thay have produced? I can only hope that good stories in and of themselves will come to Hollywood.

In my opinion, the 2014 Pixar movie is the same as the one revealed earlier as having a November 2013 release, but with its release date pushed back?? Any proof that I’m wrong??
