Joe Jonas

Joe Jonas recently debuted his newest song “I’m Sorry” on the David Letterman show. The song is supposed is be from his upcoming album “Fast Life”. You can check out the video below and the promotional clip for it from Clevver TV.

In all honesty I think his song is nice and his performance on Letterman was alright. The audience loved his song though. Here is what Clevver TV had to say about the song:

“The song is called ‘I’m Sorry’ and the lyrics are pretty telling. As you can imagine, it’s a love song of sorts where Joe sings and apologizes, singing “I finally found the truth, I was using you, every night you’re gone, I swear it hurts.” Later he goes on to ask: “what can I do to show you I’m sorry?” The track seems to explain that he got a second chance, but he needs another, saying “you’re the atmosphere, now you’re gone I can’t live, tell me what to do.” Then he pleads singing – “what can I do to show you I’m sorry,” even adding that his heart is out of place, and promising not to make the same mistake. Then Joe basically pours his heart out, repeating “I’m sorry” over and over again. The performance on Letterman was really great and much more low-key than what we’ve seen from his solo music so far. The audience seemed to love it, but we want to know what you guys think about ‘I’m Sorry’ from Joe Jonas.”

Joe Jonas is a talented singer and his song is good but I can’t help but think of how this song sounds like what would happen if NKTOB merged with OneRepublic. Its nice but nothing original sounding or memorable. Do you like the song?
