Clip of Demi Lovato’s Do Something Award’s Show Performance

Demi Lovato’s first performance since her stint in a healthy clinic last year was at the Do Something awards. While they won’t air on VH1 until August 18th, we still can see a clip of her performance of “Skyscraper”. You will find an official clip of it at the bottom of this post for those who do not want to wait.

It sounds beautiful, the emotions just pour out of her. Maybe it is not the most smooth performance; at least she portrays emotions and makes the song sound meaningful. I can hardly wait to see the whole performance. She really threw herself right into there, even though she likely new it was going to be hard to keep it together. She is such a pro; I am amazed by just how well she kept herself poised even in the clip down below. That could not be an easy feat for her to do.

What do you think about the clip? I am so extremely proud of her and all of her fans should be. She really has pulled herself back and she is ready to storm the world. Best of all is that she has 2 messages to share with the world now. That includes eating disorders and bullies. She really has earned so much respect just by being honest; I hope other young kids will see that being honest is “hip”. Then maybe this world can start to heal a bit better.

   I thought it was an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G performance. She is definitely #1 on my list of singers to see LIVE. I know it’s been a LONG WHILE she has performed and to hit the notes she hit was incredible. That girl got a serious voice on her. I am so so so Proud to be a newly converted Lovatic. What a voice. I tell you this much, that girl has got my respect.

   Btw(super random, since I have this new obsession with Demi) I was going through old YouTube vids of her and sel. Omg they have the cutest relationship ever! I don’t really know sel but I love them together. Too funny. Ok. . . I’ll stop there . Keep singing Demi. You make me smile. Awesome performance ;P
