Ashley Benson On Seventeen’s September Cover

Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson has been selected to be the September cover girl for Seventeen. They caught up with her to talk about style, relationships, and all the basics that every teen girl faces. On being normal: Everything I do is unfabulous. I’m the most normal person. I love walking everywhere, and going to hole-in-the-wall places, like nail shops, because they do the best job. And I go to vintage stores rather than high-end boutiques, because I like to dress different from other people.

It seems to be easy for stars to say that they are normal. But can they really be normal when they have the spotlight on them at all time? Granted, she is not as big as some Disney stars are, yet I find it hard to believe what she said. It just does not seem possible for any star to stay “normal”, yet stars like her keep insisting that they are normal despite fame.

I still love the fact that she did touch on topics that the readers care about. I think that proves that even though she is on a hit series that she can still act her age. That might help the readers see that stars are equal to them. I am also loving the clothes they had her wear. So glam, yet pretty simple enough for teens. I do wonder why she was wearing summer clothes, though?
