Are Justin Bieber School Lessons Coming Soon?

By on August 9, 2011

Bluewater Productions puts out the interesting FAME series of graphic novels based on celebrities and now they are turning them into school lessons. They will be free for teachers who want to use them to teach their students about history, English and other topics.

Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Stephenie Meyer and Michelle Obama will all be featured school lessons based upon their novels. These lesson plans will vary, but Bluewater Productions seems to believe there is a market for them. The lessons will be written for high school and middle school grades only, so far no elementary grade levels are included yet. They also have not said if any other stars will be selected for lesson plans to be based upon.

I am not sure how this will help kids but I suppose it might stir a little more interest in them to be more invested in their lessons. It should be interesting to see how it crosses over into actual schools. I hope they keep records on how it does in the classrooms. I know that I would be interested in that kind of info. How do you feel about lessons being based upon celebrities? Do you think they work to motivate kids?
