Selena Gomez Talks Ryan Seacrest, Emmy Nominations and Voice to Extra

During the July 15th launch of the Voice at The Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania (CHOP), Extra caught up with Selena Gomez to find out what she thinks about the Emmy nomination for Wizards of Waverly Place, and the man behind the Voice project, Ryan Seacrest.

The clip below focuses mainly on Extra’s interview with Ryan Seacrest talking about his newest venture that will hopefully brighten the days of young patients that have to spend a large amount of time in the clinical confines of a hospital, but the last couple of minutes of video show Selena answering a few questions, including what her hopes are for Wizards of Waverly Place’s Emmy nomination and what she thinks about Ryan Seacrest’s desire to help others.

Selena seems to be going non-stop these days because, in addition to appearing at the Voice launch, she’s also appearing on the September cover of Girl’s Life, getting ready to launch her Out Loud Fall 2011 collection, and following in boyfriend Justin Bieber’s footsteps with plans to launch her own perfume fragrance.
