J.K. Rowling Opens Up About Potter and New Project

At the recent premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Wednesday in London, UK J.K. Rowling the author of the famous novels turned into super movie franchise opened up to the press during the premiere.

After more than decade onscreen Deathly Hallows Part 2 which will be released to the general public on July 15th will mark the end of the franchise and a series.  J.K. opened up about turning her famous novel series into movies.  She commented that there were hundreds of people involved in the process and that she doesn’t think a single one of them is indispensible and that each one was phenomenal.  The team working around Rowling was quite talented and some of the best people she could ever find.  She reminisced that it would be hard to stomach the idea that she will not be going back to the studio where the movies were shot.  And she certainly joked readily about writing another ‘Potter’ novel.

Of course all this jest may have just been to stir some news about the new project she told BBC News about back in February and ever since she finished with Harry Potter she has been writing hard.  J.K. was keen to say that she wanted to finish with Harry Potter before making any moves in the publishing world.  Are you gearing up for the final film?
