In my opinion, acquiring the Summer or Winter Olympics is a big achievement for any country in the world. It brings attention and publicity for the country. It also brings commerce and financial gains for the particular country. Then the Olympic competitors are reknown for their talent and skills. The Olympics are a major international celebration. I admire the athletes for their dedication and perserverance over the years of practice and training These are the best athletes in the world. The athletes give up much of their time to train. For some of the athletes this means getting up at 4:00 in the morning to practice. Then they go to school and practice again after school. The next day is the samething. This is true dedication.
