Selena Gomez Hates Most Social Media

Selena Gomez is not a fan of the Internet. She recently talked about how she is lacking in the behind in times, when compared to most of people her age to Bliss magazine. In her own words, she finds it impersonal.

Selena admits that she is no fan of email and has no personal Facebook page. She says that she finds them impersonal and she would rather talk to a person face to face. Despite the fact that she is not a fan of email and social networks-she does admit that she texts. As we also know that she does use Twitter, but hardly ever updates it when compared to other stars.

I have to say that I really like the fact that she is more old fashioned. The Internet is great, but we all do get way too tied up to it and she has a healthy view on it. Plus it is not like she avoids all technology. But I do feel that the interview does answer a whole lot of questions we may have had about her. I sort of wish that she went deeper into the topic, but I understand that she cannot spend whole interviews talking about how she avoids social networks. Maybe some tech magazine or blog will get the chance to dig deeper into that, but at least we did get to hear some of her thoughts about it.
